Terms and Conditions

1. General Policy

By booking an appointment with Elite Auto Detail Lake City, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Booking & Payment

• Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept cash and [insert other methods like Credit Card/Zelle/CashApp if applicable].

• Pricing: Prices listed on our website are starting prices. Additional charges may apply for vehicles with excessive pet hair, mold, vomit, biohazards, or extreme dirtiness. We will inform you of any price changes before starting work.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that things happen. However, we request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of [insert amount, e.g., $25 or "25% of the service price"] on your next booking.

• If we arrive at the location and cannot perform the service (e.g., vehicle is not there, no access), a trip fee may be assessed.

4. Liability & Vehicle Condition

• Pre-Existing Damage: Elite Auto Detail is not liable for pre-existing damage. This includes, but is not limited to: oxidized paint, clear coat peeling, loose trim/moldings, cracked dashboard, or torn upholstery.

• Engine Bay Cleaning: If you request an engine bay detail, you agree that Elite Auto Detail is not liable for any mechanical or electrical issues that may occur. We take every precaution to cover sensitive parts, but older vehicles may have compromised seals.

• Damage during Service: In the rare event of damage caused by our team, we must be notified immediately at the completion of the service.

5. Personal Belongings

Please remove all personal items, valuables, and large debris from the vehicle prior to our arrival.

• We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

• We will not empty glove boxes or center consoles unless they are cleared of personal items beforehand.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We conduct a final walk-through with you at the end of the service. Please inspect the vehicle carefully. Payment of the service confirms that you are satisfied with the result. If you find an issue, please address it with us before we leave so we can correct it immediately.

7. Photo & Video Release

We often take before-and-after photos or videos of vehicles for marketing purposes (social media, website). License plates and personal information will be blurred or obscured. If you do not wish for your vehicle to be photographed, please notify us prior to the appointment.
